Link IG to Facebook

I have both a personal and business facebook page and toggle between the two under the same log in.  I also have a business IG which is linked to my (personal) facebook page.  I am having an (unrelated) problem with reels on facebook saying they're loaded but not there.  I like to make my reels on the meta suite app because it's the only way to add voiceover.  Since reels are the biggest draw to bringing new followers to my business page and it's not working more often than not I'm getting a drop in followers.  To remedy the issue, I'd like to create the reels in IG and link to the business FB page, but it linked to my personal page and won't let me toggle to the business.  I thought creating another account in Meta and linking it there would work, but again will not allow me to toggle to the business page, my only option is a very old IG page that pops up that I no longer use. 

While I do have the IG linked to my personal FB page I have the reel sharing turned off since I do not want business reels displaying on my personal FB.  I have spent so many hours researching how to remedy both the reels not posting (despite saying they did) and this linking issue and am at my wits end.  I'm not tech savvy, but have cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled both FB and the Meta business suite.  Does anyone have any suggestions that I haven't tried?
