In the other thread, I promised mandy pantinkin from princess bride for BB Rex, I try to keep my word, unlike lying palmers who lie to geekmaster, worth 600 million but cant spend 300 dollars for one poor aspergers sufferer, pathetic. (one of the few times I break my word was to palmer back in 2009, on promise of hardware, but niel kick me before I get his address, this always bother me morally, but was out of my control, all I can say is sorry, but that does not excuse palmer LYING to poor geekmaster, he promised him a dk2, and he lied, and geekmaster bother me all the time, why my HERO palmer lie to me billy, its your fault billy, if you werent such a dick billy, palmer keep his promise to me, yah right! Palmer is a joke, always was I guess, and pretty MEAN to boot, calling people like kevin williams a third rate hanger on, and Kevin worked with Randy Pausch, last lecture professor. Char Davies I was very pleased when the Oculus Rift appeared, because I have always believed that a sense of immersion is most fully enabled via a headset with a wide field of view. I had been waiting a long time for such technology to reappear. I say “re-appear” because the last wide-field-of-view helmets I used were from the mid-90’s, and nothing suitable has come along since, until the Oculus Rift. But when I heard that Facebook had bought the company, I was disappointed. Twenty years after Osmose, I still believe that immersive virtual space has rich potential for enabling people to step outside their habitual assumptions about reality to see freshly: that the technology will be used instead to maximize advertising revenue is a profound shame.
(the moral lesson in the joe lonsdale thread that made this post relevant over there was that the woman should not have tried to get joe lonsdale REVENGE, and Lonsdale shouldn't have tried to get REVENGE back on her, but they locked the thread, so now the ideas will be disjointed, and maybe people wont tie them together, and I already have people complain its hard for them to tie all my ideas together like I tie them together, so thanks moderator whoever you are for making sure this post is now disjointed from the lonsdale thread) So revenge is a bad thing, according to mandy pantinkin, I remember a star trek episode where there was this creature that got kirk and the klingons to keep fighting, because it feed on hate, anger and revenge, it sure gave khan lots of strength to keep going after kirk. Lonsdale and that girl, they should have found peace and happiness, maybe after using her for sex and taking her virginity, he shouldn't have abandoned her so easily? Like robin williams did in "what dreams may come" to his crazy wife? Maybe he should destroy her however like he is doing so the courts become more fair and our society gets better? I don't know, life is a work in progress.
