Locked out of account due to lost 2FA app

Hi Meta,

 

This is my last possibility to get in contact with META.

I have some pictures with my mom which i need, she have passed away now 😕

 

For 1.5 years I have been unable to login into my Facebook account, because you require 2FA. I lost the phone which had the app. So I cant get the authentication-code I cant sign in, and Facebooks identify page is broken.

When I try that page, I load a "this page has been broken"

 

I can provide any ID you need. I know the password, and have tried a lot of times to get in. But I cant, and there is no way to contact facebook. Please help me! I have tried for 1.5 years now.

There is NO way for me to contact Facebook, this is my last way, and I really need access now..

    Hey there bb.927076, I understand this account is important to you however the only way you will be able to enquire about regaining access is through Facebook themselves. ( via. this link)

      Hi, no that link does not help.

      There is no way to contact Facebook. The link you sent does not work. It is simply not possible to contact Facebook in any way. Its insane. For 1.5 years I have been trying everything.

      Do you not know somebody I can contact directly? Its crazy.. I am in the situation where I would fly directly to facebooks-headquarter just to get access!

        This community forum is for users of Meta Quest products and as such, the support team here would be unable to provide you any assistance.

        The links we provide are what have been used/recommended by other users in the past. In that vein, I've seen a few users mention success with using Meta Verified to assist with 2FA trouble but I'm not certain it's the right solution for you.
