Looks like I am going to have to buy a new oculus.

I am damn butt hurt. The last person I bought it off wont give me any details at all Serial number, purchase order.. Oh well.. let this be a lesson to you all Well at least I will get a shiny ...

My suggestion not to buy Oculus was not related to warranty, I am just not impressed with it myself, and the issues with it. The more I read this forums the bitter I am getting finding out about more issues, and bullshit surrounding it.

Honestly, if I knew all of that, I would wait for gen 2

I always thought warranty is respected as long you can prove the date of purchase, guess I was wrong.
