Agree. Managing expectations is the failure of all of the AR/VR execs at the moment. Some have paid more heavily than others for allowing the hype-train to get the better of them. Managing of these expectations can be not just clearer statements, and less PR glitz, but also reining in the fan-boys and steering the social media.
