Meta AI availability in Puerto Rico

Why has Meta excluded Puerto Rico from Meta AI functionality? Puerto Rico is a US territory and there shouldn’t be any problems to make it functional here as part of the original United States rollout. It just shows that Meta doesn’t care about its users in Puerto Rico and it’s disappointing. I have a pair of Ray Ban Meta glasses and half of the features don’t work because Meta AI isn’t available here. Being available in the US, should’ve been enought to make it work here but I see it was too much. Meta, INCLUDE PUERTO RICO 🇵🇷 into Meta AI so we can fully use the glasses.

    Fell the same way. Just bought my glasses in NYC and the when I arrived the island are useless…

    Mine are trying to be delivered thru Amazon but they are having trouble shipping.  It's a bummer and zuccs that Meta IA is not available in PR, move here about a month ago from the stated and literally feel like I'm being treated as second class citizen

    I was using meta ai a couple of weeks ago. My ray bans stared malfunctioning and i claimed the guarantee. I received a new pair and now i can't use the AI. Is really frustrating and i don't know wen the feature will be available for us in Puerto Rico.

    It’s very frustrating if I new that ahead of time I would not have purchased them.

    I'm on the same boat. I just had a prescription pair shipped to me in the US Virgin Islands. I tried changing my account region and even setting up with a VPN. What did work is creating a new Meta account during setup with a VPN enabled. That way the glasses will be linked to a stateside location. It sucks that we're often restricted more than some countries outside of the US.
