    Your headset died over 15 months ago. The warranty was already in the afterlife. You're basically asking Meta to hop in a time machine and fix something that happened during last year's tax season.

      I received the RMA after META broke the headset with an update. it didnt just die. I then dropped it off at a FedEx with the label attatched that META provided me as requested. All this time has gone by and I still have yet to receive anything. I would just like meta to own up to their mistakes and make things right.
