Meta isn't doing there job

So Meta is not doing their job they have ai doing their job and I don't know if it's cuz they fired so many people or what's going on but to lock people out of their Oculus that they paid for and spent so much money on these different things in here where you guys are telling people that you're not going to investigate further and that you're going to keep my account disabled when I know I have done nothing wrong I have two Oculus a two and a three and I can't use either one of them and it's not fair that you guys would try to put a community guideline violation on someone and I know I did nothing wrong if you are going to say this to people then you should show people what it is that they did wrong and instead of reverting to somebody violated community guidelines because you guys can't figure out how to get somebody stuff back on them just be honest and say so and then you're telling me you're not going to give me my money back I have invested too much in this for you to not give me my money back for the different things that I have going on in there. I want a fair review I want you to look into what's going on and not just put a Band-Aid on and say oh we can't do anything about it or oh you violate a community guidelines. Can you hear me
