Meta Quest and the sleek compitition

It's a petty that Meta with all its huge expertise and finance, aren't able to deliver a sleek ultra light experience like this competition example "Bigscreen beyond" which have much less resources, I know its not a stand alone Quest 3, but adding a cpu and a battery in the strap for example and offer a near sleek experience that could displace the VR evolution to another new level and user adoption, MR option could be added in another model for users interested in MR experience.

The bulky Quest unlit now need a new modern and stylish designs, and latest display and lenses could help a lot in delivering this experience I think.

    It probably won't happen. 

    As far as I know, Meta has been selling the Quest line up as a loss to increase users on the platform. I don't think they expected these users to be mostly kids but hey ho. 

    I'd say anyone really interested in technological leaps in vr would be looking at other headsets like Bigscreen's offerings. It doesn't look like there's space right now for all aspects of what make vr, vr to overlap in one product.
