Meta Ray Ban AI Glasses

Not sure if this is the right place to post but couldn’t find a good place. 

I bought a set of glasses last week and they arrived yesterday.   Very nice, but I have a potential issue. Hope someone can help.  I bought transitions lenses, but what came on the box shows gray gradient polarized.  I received them late so I wasn’t able to verify whether or not they actually transition but when I look at Meta‘s website, the gray polarized gradient lens is different than transition lenses. Not sure why the box says that it’s the polarized version instead of the transition lenses. The app also shows the lens type as the polarized gray gradient.  Does anybody know whether or not the box when received will actually list them as transition lenses on it.  I suppose they use the gray gradient lens as the basis and popped out those lenses and put transitions in. Just not clear.  I was on the chat yesterday with somebody from Meta Support for an hour and a half trying to figure it out and they had no clue to be honest.  Does anybody know what actual phone number to call Meta support on this as well?
