Meta Refund nightmare - No product since ordered April 2023 and still no refund!!!!

Hi Anyone else had a nightmare getting a refund? The way I have been treated has been disgraceful, I spent weeks getting evidence to prove this. To and fro from bank. They agreed they were wrong and now getting a refund doesn't seem to be happening and they now need to look in to something else even though they admitted they were in the wrong. I feel Like i have been put through Hell. Never know anything like this.

    I had a nightmare trying to get my controller replaced, they just stopped responding to me, so I had to message back like a few months later, got it in the end, but it was kinda annoying they just stopped talking to me and I had to ask again.
