Meta Refund nightmare - No product since ordered April 2023 and still no refund!!!!

I had a nightmare trying to get my controller replaced, they just stopped responding to me, so I had to message back like a few months later, got it in the end, but it was kinda annoying they just stopped talking to me and I had to ask again.
