Meta relationship program for professional.

Hi, I faced a few times the issue where my controllers are dead but still under guarantee. Unfortunately it is a huge stop in my activity as a freelancer 3D artist since I use my VR (Quest Pro) as a working tool with almost daily usage. I was wondering if a "partnership" between Meta and professionals would be possible to ease the hardware replacement process in order to limit the time lost from waiting the new hardware ?
