Meta Scammed Me on My Return

I returned my meta glasses to Fedex and Meta claims that UPS returned my glasses even though I showed proof that I took them to Fedex.  How that's even possible makes no sense.  Then they said they I can't receive my refund because they didn't receive the glasses which is completely wrong.  I hated those glasses and had no reason to keep them, so now I'm getting scammed with no glasses and no refund.
