Meta support declining fast!

I can't believe how bad Quest support team has gotten.  I use to have great support about a year ago. Now they are crap.  Why?  did they outsource everything?  

first, they do no ready your support issue and just reply with bogus info, after two or three back and forth they finally are on the same page but still don't understand their own system.

This is freaking joke.  Meta you are billion dollar company Hire people that can address and support us!
