Meta Youtube Partnership

Good morning,
I have an Italian YouTube channel where I cover VR and video games in general. I've been doing this for a year, but I'm growing rapidly with about 1,000 new subscribers per month recently. 

Can someone provide me with a direct contact to initiate a partnership with Meta regarding referral links?
