My RW4002 won’t pair with Meta View app – slide‑switch model, no reset option

Hello Meta Support Team,

I own a Ray-Ban Stories model RW4002 (slide-switch, purchased overseas). It pairs via Bluetooth (white LED blinking), but the Meta View app never recognizes it — I can’t advance past pairing.

Meta Japan and Ray-Ban Japan both said it’s unsupported. Since it’s the slide-switch model, I cannot perform a factory reset. I’m unable to proceed beyond the pairing prompt.

Can someone from Meta support please contact me via direct message (DM) to help with remote unlinking or resetting?

      Hi, thank you for your reply.

      The serial number on the inside of the left temple is: 2537QMZC7K0011

      I have already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Meta AI app, and retried the pairing process multiple times. The glasses enter pairing mode (white LED blinking) and connect via Bluetooth, but the Meta AI app does not recognize them.
