My RW4002 won’t pair with Meta View app – slide‑switch model, no reset option
Hello Meta Support Team,
I own a Ray-Ban Stories model RW4002 (slide-switch, purchased overseas). It pairs via Bluetooth (white LED blinking), but the Meta View app never recognizes it — I can’t advance past pairing.
Meta Japan and Ray-Ban Japan both said it’s unsupported. Since it’s the slide-switch model, I cannot perform a factory reset. I’m unable to proceed beyond the pairing prompt.
Can someone from Meta support please contact me via direct message (DM) to help with remote unlinking or resetting?
