My videos from my quest 2 aren’t downloading to my phone
So every time I record a video, it doesn’t download to my cell phone. Can anyone explain what’s going on?

Have you enabled "sync videos and photos"?
In the headset: settings - camera - scroll down to media backup and enable automatically sync videos and photos.
If this is disabled, you can sync your video from your gallery in the headset by tapping on it and the select "sync"
