It might be wourth contacting your hosting service if it's a site builder one, I'm not an expect at all on this kind of topic since you picked a random forum to ask on  :D  but It's very suspicious that someone was able to upload something to your brothers website.

Thanks for the reply! I think his friend created the website...but his friend is not professional. Yeah, we are trying to delete malware... but does not work out

How is the site bullt/hosted?
