I was very pleased that I can use them with the Buttkicker gamer, which doesn't normally work with USB headsets. The plyr1 has an optional 1/8" jack that allows you hook them to the analog L/R speaker output. With that setup the USB is only used for the mic. 8-)
Cheers.
Good to know, as I was looking at getting the buttkicker once I devise a way to incorporate it into my cockpit. With my planned speaker layout design, the Gamer1 or w/e it's called needs to go behind the seat so the soundwave is on my back. The issue is that the seat is designed like a carseat, in that it moves forward, backward, and also has the "lean".
I'm thinking of a bracket that mounts to the bottom, and forms a reverse L shape.. at the 90 degree turn in the L, have it "spring loaded", so that it will go back straight when I put up the seat, and rotates down when I angle the seat down. One of the issues I have atm, is that along with being "programmer" inept, I am also inept at CNC / Machining ><
