Does anyone out there know what to do re the new age restrictions, I receive a daily email asking me to verify my age, I do this and I still receive the same email daily, I have provided Full personal details, set up a family account for my 12 year old Grandson, (who was using my account) but still threats of suspending my account in 5 days, unable to contact Meta for assistance, can anyone help Thanks Wayne

I have tried this on a number of days, and what I receive is the same emails which are not helping, I, follow their instruction to no avail. I think they are AI and generalizing the question, so I am getting know where and running out of time regarding suspending my account.

Maybe contact MetaStoreHelp here in the forum, click on their name, then click the Message" button in the upper right corner.
Normally, they are replaying quickly, but......
..........I haven't seen any posts from them in the past 2 weeks, so it might take some time☹️
