New Build for Oculus - Suggestions welcome

Cool build.
CPU - Not bad, but the 6700K is only $50 more. Why cheap out?
CPU Cooler - I'm using the Cooler Master Hyper D92 and I love it. It replaced a cheap water cooler (Corsair Hydro H55) which died after a year. Honestly, I think I get better temps with the air cooler.
RAM - Yes 16GB is a good number. 8GB will suffice for gaming, but the extra RAM definitely helps in Windows or if you are doing any sort of production/game dev work on the system.
OS - Yeah, Windows 10 is nice.
GPU - A GTX 970 should be fine, and I'm not sure it's worth upgrading right now as not much needs more.
Case - Love the minimal design.
Motherboard - Seems expensive, but does look nice.
