Got an R5. Nice case. Door a bit flimsy, just be 'careful'. And it's relatively compact (compared to my old P280). Takes only ATX and below. Also have the Enthoo Pro.
Check the USB3 ports. More expensive mobo tend to have more ports. Something mid-range like Asus Ranger.
Cooler, well even cheap coolers are very good. The case can take any cooler, make sure the RAM does too (low profile). I like Thermalright and Noctua. Currently using a Dark Rock 3 (free with mobo). But anything with a good fan.
Wouldn't worry too much about memory OC. Gains are marginal.
