This task involves asking Oculus Rift Gamers if they have ever fallen/tripped/slipped on their Oculus equipment.Additionally, THE VERY IMPORTANT Safety guide given with Oculus equipment in 1000s of languages that is too small to read either way: may need to be updated immediately with this vital information and this may mean a 100% recall for reprinting.Please input your experiences so that we may save the life of a family member or another gamer.I have asked by no-one to undertake this task for everyone: so your contribution can help other generations of gamers. I indeed stood on the top part of the sensor, couldn't see it in VR and tripped but as I fell I held on the the sides of the door way.
Thank god. My face was heading for a small set of drawers.

I actually thought I might be serious this time.
I actually play outside in the dark at night time. Not enough room inside my unit, so have to go outside. Dangerous man!

Technically, I've just tripped over my HMD cord going to my computer several times. I now have a good system of using my upper body to detect where the cord is, and then my legs to kick it away from me, lol.

The guardian shifting during the 1.11 update though, I tripped over a low table and spilled several drinks in the process. Very glad I landed on a couch, seeing as I would have probably hit my head on the floor on the other side of the table. Glad this doesn't happen anymore.
