Non Requested Refund

I received a refund (that I didn’t ask for) for a game that I have only downloaded and not yet played. Only other thing I have done since was get the 3 month trial for Horizon +. Confused as to why this happened.

    Once, I got a pay rise that I hadn't requested and wasn't due for. So I kept quiet about it and thanked my lucky stars 😉.

    If you still can start the game, although you got a refund.... just do what steve_40​ suggested.😉

        You mentioned Horizon+, so it was possible you could use it via the subscription now.

        You didn't say the name of the game and I have no crystal ball.🤷‍♀️
