I am having the same issue. I am trying to purchase a game and im getting no pin reset emails have tried now for 3 days im also being told that my passwords i use fr facebook and instagram are wrong when they’re not. Ive put a gift card on my account but can not remember my store pin. Request reset email and nothing. Ive spoken with support changed my browser or another one nothing turned WiFi off and on phone network requested again and again no email.
It still doesn't work for me... But it's a meta problem and they don't care ahah
