Where did you get that from?
I know that the shipping problem is only temporary and that they're working to resolve it (but it already led to this), but there's still a whole bunch of international barriers, and the first and most obvious one is the language - official website is korean and english only, which means that >95% of people who weren't born in Korea or english-talking country won't be able to use it.
For now it's irrelevant, but in the future it's a must-have to include as many languages as possible for at least front page, FAQ and Order pages.
And yes, FYI, I already own the Rift.
