We did have some problems shipping to Russia, and a lot of kits were lost forever. That's why we had to suspend delivery. However, I think we found a solution to the problem. There is a good chance we will open up shipment to Russia shortly. I would not recommend ordering from this unofficial reseller. Please wait for Oculus to open up shipment again. Thanks.
