another happy canuck here, mine went into processing yesterday. I've looked around the forum for more info, but haven't found an answer - does processing mean shipping is imminent (days), or does it mean it will ship when the next batch comes in (in weeks)?

You know at this point I am not sure what is going on. I think the answer to your question is the latter though.
I still haven't switched to processing, and emailing support gave me little help in that regard.
Now I am told I may have to wait 72 hours for the switch, and upon request as to why that is (considering their message says 24 to 48 hours, and the rest of you seem to be getting yours fine) I receive no reply.

I have asked again more directly this time, here is hoping Neil can handle all the pressure. :D

Well it looks like they've shipped everything from the 3,500 which recently cleared US customs so I would assume that we are waiting for another batch to come from Asia to North America.

I'm order 540XX (Canada as well) so I'm really hoping to be in the next North American batch :)

Bleh, im starting to regret buying it, i really wish to have it and develop for it, but by the time we get ours the HD consumer version will be out XD

I'm gonna buy both ;) When the HD version comes out, I'll pick that up and then use the dev-kit for development and demos.

Yeah im going to do the same, hell some of them are selling for 600$ on ebay as is, so imagine in 2 years when you cant get it anymore?
But i was REALLY hoping i would get to use it before i get bogged down in college in 2 months, i guess thats out of the question.

got my shipping notification today.

So I called UPS to inquire of brokerage fees for Canadian shipment
(might be same as anyone scheduled for July 16th delivery)
Brokerage fee alone will be $47.00 (based on item's value when using UPS Standard)
