OT: Disappointment at work

So today, I noticed that I had a service call for a MFP (multi function printer).. the ticket stated that the unit had a ham. Now, I have seen some very strange things in my time as a tech, so, I got kind of excited. I mean.. really? A ham? Ok.. I have to see this.

I got to the site, and there was no ham :( But there was a jam :evil:
