Seriously - first post and you try a sponsored link with a "let me sell you an Ouya" review?

I think the admins need to add "no sponsored links" to the rules if that is not already the case.

I did not notice that. Yeah, that does look somewhat suspicious and a little unethical.

Although I *did* notice recently that I accidentally did something similar with my "VirtuaView indiegogo signature" by copying my URL while signed into indiegogo. But that only gives me "My Impact" statistics (only visible to me), so no harm done. But doing it to get financial rewards such as the OP, not so good...

Could the OP have done that accidentally?
Never attribute to malice that which can be adequately explained by stupidity, but don't rule out malice.

EDIT: I just went back and read the first post again. Because it mentions nothing about the Rift, and it is the first post by that member, and the URL contains extra information to give financial rewards to the OP, it looks more like pure SPAM now. I missed that at the first reading, because I was thinking about MY recently received Ouya while reading it. We need to watch this member to see what he posts in the future.
  • OFFTOPIC:
After the rash of "Albert Einstein" quotes and quotes from other great thinker's on Facebook I'm now skeptical of every new one I see, but that one is awesome haha.
  • My only issue with the OUYA is not being able to easily "hack", add or switch video cards, increase power, etc.

Anyone push the OUYA power to the limit?

Well, if it makes anyone feel any better, my signature hasn't led to me being financially rewarded, save for one generous user here who pledged before I knew how to make a signature. :) Seriously, I came on this thread because I see Ouya as my only console to buy if it seems worth it. MY emulators alone to play on TV, and not using touchscreen controls make the price attractive, though I'm patient, much like with the Rift, I'm waiting to see what it can actually do in the end.
