I love animals and wanted to create a thread where everyone can share pictures of their loved ones 😄
Here are my two dogs! Monk is the big one on the left, Raisin is the small one on the right. And yes, she awkwardly sits like this all the time.

Backyard Eastern Water Dragon. Not technically a pet, but has lived in my yard for years.

I wanted to call him Garak, since Garak is awesome, but Cardassians live in dry climates and water dragons live in, well, water. 🙂 I'd already used G'Kar for a pink tongue skink. So I was using Cayman (from the classic Roger Corman movie Battle Beyond the Stars) or Caiman (from the anime Dorohedoro).
But I generally just call him dragon #1, since there's another 3 of them (#1 is the largest and oldest, #2 is almost as large, #3 is a smaller female and #4 is a baby) and I've run out of scifi lizard names I like. 🙂

Dragons #2, #3 and #4
They are all wild, they can come and go. #2 is the most friendly (I can hand feed it) but doesn't show up much. #1 and #2 are males and water dragons are very territorial.
There's 2 more babies, but I haven't seen them for a couple of weeks, so they might have moved (or been eaten, there's a LOT of lizard eating birds around here)
