Please help my sons account is suspended

When I made my sons account for our meta quest 3, I set him as the device owner. I also set his age to 13+ on accident. I want him to have a parent managed account, how do I do this? They will also permanently ban his account in 30 days. I have been searching the help center at meta for hours, and I STILL can’t find an appeal form. Please help!

    I'm not sure, that you simply can change a 13+ account into a child account.🤔

    Contact support via email, chat or WhatsApp HERE

    You might also need to factory reset the Quest and make yourself the admin, so you can add a child account..... support will tell you, I guess.
