posting on ipac formum

 I can log in and my notices are set up.  I can not post nor do I see a page that talks about how to post.  I wanted to comment on a post and ask a ?   Nor is there a page that states how long you have to be a member to post.  Anyone know the Answers?  I have email support for two Q.s over two days ago.  I asked them here and got an answer before the end of the day.
