Price match problems
Having brought my Meta quest 3s for £289 in early November, the item went onto sale for £249- Meta duly refunded me with £40. Since then, Meta are now selling the same product for £209 via my xbox account for £209. The price match has been rejected.
Since i have 60 days to process a return, I've been asked to post back my item, receive a refund and then repurchase a brand new headset. This for me is a significant waste of time and resources for all parties concerned- particularly when Meta can simply refund me £40 to align.
I've contacted support who said no manager is available for escalation and to comment on the forum for further help. Help please :)
