Problem with replacing the email associated with Facebook and Instagram

I would like to replace my email associated with Meta (i.e., Instagram, Facebook) with a new one, but when I try to change it in the contact information, I get the screen 'You can't make this change at the moment, you're using a device that you don't usually use' (even though I’ve been using this device for 10 years). Does anyone know how to help me? Thank you.
