Well for a start there are 22 pages of Oculus Rift games on steam and a lot of Vive only games will work with rift and don't know why you cannot download through oculus home because I have no trouble doing so and Virtual Desktop is great for watching youtube

Also you need to setup your rift through the steam vr setup

By chance, were you bought this for Christmas?
If so then maybe you should look at what this can actually do and be great full to whoever bought you it.
If not then why the hell would you buy something you know nothing about?
