PSVR2 or Meta Quest 3S Xbox Edition

Which is the best option for a PS5 user who’s looking at getting into VR? Don’t really care about exclusives, but want the best entry to the VR experience. I know both are priced the same with the Xbox version coming with a controller (I might buy an Xbox at some point). Which would be the best buy long term?
