Quest 3 Order stuck in Label Created

I purchased a Quest 3 on 9/17 and it “shipped” on 9/18. It has been stuck in label created ever since and I have reached out to support multiple times and they either send me in a loop of automated messages, tell me my case has been “merged” or that they can’t give me an update.

When am I supposed to expect Meta to actually ship the item to UPS? Is there a large delay, or do they just take forever to get the item to UPS? I am literally just looking for a straight answer yes or no or proof if my item is actually in transit and I want to know if I will receive my item. I am receiving from the USA.

    We can appreciate how frustrating it can be to place an order for something and seem to have it stuck in shipment. In this case, our support team is best placed to offer advice on what is happening with your order.

     

    You've mentioned your tickets keep getting merged, this would be because we try to keep progress on one single support ticket (it's neater!), so any duplicates you make will get merged with the main ticket we are already working on.

     

    You should be told which ticket we're merging any new tickets with, and you can keep an eye out for any emails with that ticket number so that you can follow up on your case if we need any more information.
