QUEST 3 WARANTEE - STUCK IN PROCESSING

Quest 3- purchased for Christmas 2024- seldom used as controllers are having connection issues. Finally warantee dept had us send them in. Both were deemed to be replaced. Only the right one was sent back. The left is stuck in processing for nearly a month now. Initially told it was a warehouse thing, then it was a stock issue, now its the usual stall tactic of they are working on it. Working on what exactly! Meta has our merchandise, we cant use a $500+ system, and we need to be even more patient and wait? They need a lawsuit - weve never sued anyone in our lives- but theft is theft.
