Quest 3S “Menu Snap”

Recently, I have been experiencing issues with my turning. Whenever I try to turn In real life, it snaps my in game character to where my menu is. Say you play Bonelab, you put your menu where the hud is in Void 6114, then you want to turn and do something, it snaps you back to where you put your menu. You need to use artificial turn most of the time, which sucks! Is anyone else having this happen?
