can you sell something worth 2000$ on ebay on paypal with out having a credit card linked in your account. on a verified account and then use it to buy someething

- As a general rule you can buy using your balance or a card/direct debit.
So in theory if you sell something and then have a balance you can then spend that balance.
I say in theory as I have I do spend my balance before using cards etc but I have never removed my other payment options from my account while doing this. - You need to verify you account before you can actually use a paypal account. So if you don't verify your account, there will be restrictions up to $500 limit for US paypal and I think higher for middle east country paypal accounts. Why don't you wanna verify your account in the first place?
