Question.. What is that line that looks like it is moving up and down on usually bright/white edging

What is that sort of fliker,line moving on edgeing technically called? I think this is what kinda ruins the VR experience for me and I want to know what they are doing to correct it.

What you can do against it are techniques called anti-aliasing.
One of the most efficient but very costly techniques is supersampling.
There are also others that are not so hardware-hungry like MSAA or FXAA. Unfortunately that's already where my knowledge ends. But maybe I delivered some words to throw into google ;-)
