Refund

Hey, I have a question how does one go contacting someone by phone because i returned my oculus and according to UPS they received it on 7/6/16 it is not 7/14 and i've yet to receive a refund.  I've submitted multiple tickets about it and have sent email but I am getting no response

    Palmer has to rubber stamp it and right now he is extremely busy flip-flopping his way around the back streets of California hunting a Charizard.  Hopefully you will hear something soon !  :o
