I find running the Tripp app with the daily Calm session is a perfect way to finish off VR at the end of the day.  Their Focus session is good to start my day as well.  I've been using this app for +4 years and still love it.

Otherwise, the only games/sims I use before going to bed is msfs2020 with some relaxing dusk/night flying in cites like NYC, Osaka, and Tokyo.

I enjoy completing missions and heists with friends from around the world, customizing cars, doing some casual races, unlocking free prize rides just for participating. 

Over 10 years running with new DLC and new content dropping all the time. I'm glad you made me think of it, I'm going to go play right now.
