Rift game Refunds?

It is a good idea but they do not do it and not likely to either.  That is why if there is a Steam version of the same game you are always better off buying there.  A better option would be if they offered a very short time limited demo to at least see what we are buying because reading about a game and looking at videos or still pics does not always guarantee what you think you are getting is what you expected. 

that sucks then, I lost 50 bucks.
