Tips for a Perfect VR Room

I have my sensors way up high and when I click home out of the game it then places me at worm level and sort
of a little blow the floor.   How to reset the sensors with lowering them?

Very good tips, but I already demolished my Lamp Shade. I Throw a Grenada in Onward using over arm instead of under arm, so now I just use a lamp. What the guy did fail to mention and it's something he is doing in the video is to wear a pair of socks. I have tried bare feet and the cable gets stuck between my toes. I would also suggest wearing a pair of loose fitting trousers like this guy in the video, because I ripped a hole in the ass of a good pair of jeans.

As I said once in my thread titled "Better than the Guardian System" having a carpet that defines the boundaries of your safe area is better than relying on software, but a room big enough for that is a luxury too many people unfortunately lack.

The Rift should include a big room - sort it out Oculus.

I wear shoes when I am playing in the Rift - feet get to tired otherwise, might invest in an anti-fatigue mat at some point.

How do your feet decide to get tired if you're not wearing a pair of shoes? I would of thought your feet would complain more with the extra weight of the shoes been added to your feet..

There's nobody I know who has a spare room that size. Vive been room scale would have sold a couple of headsets, if it depended on a room that size here in the United Kingdom. Usually people with a room that size live in it and have sofas chairs ..etc. I'm thinking most people will have the bad VR room and just carry the settee and chairs out of the window when they are using VR.

Joking aside, I have a flat and purchased a collapsible bed that I place on it's side. This gives me an extra 3ft by 6ft area., so my total area becomes 8ft by 8ft and I don't have any problems with that size.

Hasn't everyone gone for the recommended VR House option? You only have yourselves to blame.

and speaking of accessories? What do I stick this on? Asking for a friend.
