Tired of hearing the same old shipping BS!

So....companies are short staffed/can’t all be in the office because of COVID, and clearly are behind because of such, but you think they should put their resources toward redesigning their automated system notifications instead of sending stuff out as quick as possible?  Since you already seem to understand the situation, how does it throw you off? I get wanting something badly, but my word people, have some damn understanding in these unprecedented work conditions that none of us ever could’ve possibly prepared for. It’s not like bigger companies had spare buildings sitting around to spread all their employees out in case a pandemic hit. 

Also, the fact that you’re hearing the same issue from many companies somehow makes you LESS understanding?!
