Unable to speak to a human support.
Okay so ive been trying to get onto worlds and everytime i try it says “Worlds isn't available to everyone yet
Check back another time. You can also try another app or explore what's new in the Meta Quest Store.”
and ive disconnected my facebook hard, restarted the headset checked the region (im in Canada) and i think theres bigger problems. so i bought this quest 3 on FB market and now im wondering if the device is flagged or its my account. ive tried to contact meta support and get connected with a human. i did the SN and all but it either says “theres no device connected to this account” or “ support isnt available for this device” ive tried everything. even on the mobile app i cant play the worlds but if i go on another account thats not connected to the vr i’m able to play. i checked everything in my settings and my account is good there’s no restrictions. so what is it? i really dont wanna have to reset the headset.
