Unable to speak to a human support.

Okay so ive been trying to get onto worlds and everytime i try it says “Worlds isn't available to everyone yet

Check back another time. You can also try another app or explore what's new in the Meta Quest Store.”

and ive disconnected my facebook hard, restarted the headset checked the region (im in Canada) and i think theres bigger problems. so i bought this quest 3 on FB market and now im wondering if the device is flagged or its my account. ive tried to contact meta support and get connected with a human. i did the SN and all but it either says “theres no device connected to this account” or “ support isnt available for this device” ive tried everything. even on the mobile app i cant play the worlds but if i go on another account thats not connected to the vr i’m able to play. i checked everything in my settings and my account is good there’s no restrictions. so what is it? i really dont wanna have to reset the headset.

      Because the Meta Quest forums are no longer a normal website, they’ve evolved into a sentient digital ecosystem ruled by a chaotic mix of rogue avatars, abandoned support bots, and at least one cryptid made entirely of unclosed HTML tags.

      The original support staff achieved enlightenment after answering their 900th “My headset won’t pair” post. They now float peacefully in a higher dimension where factory resets always work on the first try.

      2. The Forums Are Now Governed by the Council of Glitches

      This council includes:

      • A corrupted moderator bot named Modulus-404, who only speaks in error messages
      • A ghost of a deleted thread that whispers “Have you tried reinstalling the app”
      • A floating pair of virtual hands that constantly tries to recalibrate itself

       

      3. Every Support Request Is Routed Through a Maze

      Not a metaphorical maze — an actual, procedurally generated labyrinth made of:

      • Old patch notes
      • Duplicate bug reports
      • Threads where the original poster never replied again
      • A sticky post from 2021 that no one has the permissions to unpin

       

      Somewhere in the center is a “Get Support” button, but it’s guarded by a CAPTCHA that asks you to identify which images contain quantum disappointment.

      4. The Only Known Human Lives in a Myth

      Legend speaks of a single human moderator called MetaStoreHelp​ who still roams the forums. They appear once every 10,000 posts to say, “Thanks for your feedback, we’ll pass this along,” and then vanish like a mirage in a desert made of patch notes.

      5. The Forums Run on Chaos Energy

      Every time someone posts “Is anyone else having this issue?”, the forums gain power. Every time someone posts “Never mind, fixed it,” the forums lose power. This is why the site occasionally collapses into a swirling vortex of unanswered questions.

      So how do you know that he or she can't talk too a human. Something must be wrong somewhere about that.
