Unbelievable Support Experience

I purchased the Ray-Ban Meta 2 glasses and received a $100 promo code which I wanted to apply to the Quest 3. The code does not work. I’ve been round and round with Meta Support and I have received all manner of conflicting and downright inaccurate information.

It seems to have landed on, “Try the code again, and if it doesn’t work, you are ineligible.” This is hogwash, because the terms included in the email AS WELL AS the “fine print” linked terms both indicate I am eligible. 

The support chat has done nothing to actually ensure the promo was honored, and I laughably received guidance via email to “Check out our Black Friday Deals on November 21st.” I have continued to state that there must be a real resolution to this (store credit, sending a working code, something), and I was advised by support to post here.

Meta…honor your promo. I have the email and the linked fine-print terms that prove I am eligible for the promo. I purchased your Ray-Bans product from the Meta Store. I received the offer. I meet every other term listed in the fine print. Any “updates” you made after the fact are irrelevant to doing the right thing and meeting the terms you established at the point of issuance.
